Silver Welding and Brazing.

Maintenance works of domestic and commercial refrigerators.

Different charging methods.

Cold Rooms Workshop

Students practice the following:

Forming and installing copper pipes for cold rooms units.

Implementation of electric circuits.

Calibration of Control devices and super heat setting.

Carrying out evacuation and charging operations as well as conducting leak tests.

Air-Conditioning Workshop Students are trained to perform:

Maintenance and installation works for air- conditioners.

Carrying out evacuation and charging operations as well as conducting leak tests.

Air-Conditioning Electric and control circuits connections.

Electrical Applications Workshop At this workshop, Students practice:

Using electrical tools and equipment.

Reading and carrying out single and three-phase electric circuits.

Testing and inspection of electric motors.

Refrigeration & Air-Conditioning Lab Students are trained to conduct a number of experiments for the purpose of:

Improving coefficients of performance.

Calculating heat loads.

Calculating flow rates.

Air sample specifications.

Monitoring physical changes of refrigerants.
