Training Objectives:

The training programme at the safety department was uniquely designed to supply the industry with competent, skillful fire fighters, first aiders and safety technicians.

To serve such an objective, the training programme is directed towards the following areas:

Working effectively in a variety of emergency situations.

Extinguishing pressurized hydrocarbon fires.

Identifying and selecting appropriate fire fighting tactics.

Completely carrying out practical first aid at recognized standards.

Selecting and operating rescue equipment appropriate to extrication.
